This allows for early detection of possible future problems, as well as identifies infestations hidden in wall, floor or roof cavities. This early detection enables purchasers to make sound decisions based on knowledge rather than assumption.

  Each inspection is conducted by an experienced and qualified technician and is completed with a detailed report, written in clear easy to understand language. This report explains where and how the inspection was conducted, and contains relevant colour photographs to make sure that you fully understand the situation.

  In addition to the pest inspection, we strongly advise that any property you intend to purchase be subject to a building inspection also. We recommend Neil of BuildInspect, the industry professionals, for this very important task.

• Existing Property Inspections

  It is impossible to be completely sure that your home has not become victim to attack by termites unless you organise regular inspections of your home or property. It is recommended that all properties are inspected each 12 months, or more frequently if the property is built of a material more susceptible to attack by pests. This allows for early detection of possible infestations hidden in wall, floor or roof cavities, and gives you the opportunity to receive sound advice from an experienced professional.
